The Cliffside Guest House is family-friendly.

Reservations
A $500.00 deposit is required to confirm all reservations. A security fee of $300 is assesed and due on arrival. It will be returned within seven days of your departure if the house is left clean and undamaged. Misuse of the property, bringing pets or exceeding occupancy will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of rent, deposit and security deposit.
The balance of rent is due upon arrival; as well, is also accepted prior to arrival. The Rental Contract must be submitted at least one week prior to arrival. Please submit the agreement online here.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival date.
If cancellation is made inside of 90-day arrival date, full deposit less $30 transaction fee will be refunded if house can be rented for full rental amount. If house is rented for less than original rental amount only the actual rental amount less $30 transaction fee will be refunded. If house cannot be rented during that period,

Due to the variable client load at different seasons and even days of the week, our rates fluctuate. Please call for a personalized rate quote for your party and circumstances. We sometime have cancellations and no shows, so you might be able to catch an unexpected opening. The best policy is to book well in advance to reserve your stay at the Cliffside Guest House.
All rates include 10% hotel tax.
